(formerly known as Ratnadhar Infra Private Limited)
Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘Ratnadhar Infra Private Limited’ as private limited company in Kanuru under the provisions of the Companies, Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 19, 2013, issued by Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 02, 2025, and the name of our Company was changed to “Ratnadhar Infra Limited”. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated September 01, 2025, was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies/Deputy Registrar of Companies/Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our company is U45400AP2013PLC090622.
Our Company operates in Two principal business verticals, Construction, Engineering and Consultancy Services and Trading of Ready-Mix Concrete and Other Construction Materials. In the Construction, Engineering and Consultancy Services, we undertake various types of projects such as Building and factory projects, Infrastructure projects, Institutional projects and specialized Industrial Structures. Under the trading of Ready-Mix Concrete and other construction materials vertical, we are engaged in the trading of ready-mix concrete and other construction materials. The Company undertakes projects for both government and private sector clients.
Our Company has undertaken and continues to undertake projects in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Our completed, ongoing and proposed projects are located across these regions, enabling us to execute projects in different locations in accordance with client requirements. We aim to carry out our projects in compliance with applicable quality and safety standards. Our operations are supported by our personnel across Management, Execution, Mechanical, Sales & Purchase, Billing, Admin, Planning & Tenders, Accounts & Finance, Quality Assurance /Quality Control, Safety and Compliance which enable us to meet the requirements of individual projects. We endeavour to follow applicable industry standards relating to quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety in the execution of our projects.
Our Promoters, K. Sasidhar and Kopanathi Haritharatna, have experience in the Infrastructure & Construction Industry. The management of the Company’s operations has been led by Mr. K. Sasidhar.
