Construction, Engineering and Consultancy Service:
Under this vertical, we undertake construction and engineering projects across four categories, namely (i) Building and factory projects, (ii) Infrastructure projects, (iii) Institutional projects, and (iv) Specialized Industrial Structures. The scope for the above project includes execution of construction and engineering works. In addition to construction activities, we also provide consultancy and design services for all the above categories, as may be required by clients. The consultancy services include planning, engineering design and technical support for project execution. The nature of projects undertaken under each of the above four categories is set out below:
i. Building and factory projects
Under the Building and factory projects category, the company undertakes construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. The scope of work includes construction of residential houses, commercial establishments, factories, warehouses, hotels, steel structures etc. Some of the clients for which we have completed projects under this category include Medtech Society, Indian Society for Assembly Technologies and Transasia Diagnostics Private Limited.
ii. Infrastructure projects
Under the Infrastructure projects category, the company undertakes construction and development of infrastructure facilities. The scope of work includes construction of roads, drainage systems and water supply systems, etc.
iii. Institutional projects
Under the Institutional projects category, the company undertakes construction of buildings used for institutional purposes. The scope of work includes construction of educational institutions including training centres, laboratories, hostels, auditoriums, multipurpose halls and development facilities, etc.
iv. Specialized Industrial Structures
Under this category, we undertake the construction of specialized industrial structures and related facilities. The scope of work includes construction of bunkers, blasting bays and painting bays for defense installations and atomic energy facilities and infrastructure, etc. Some of the clients for which we have completed projects and are in the process of competing under this category include Optibeam Private Limited and Alamatin Specialty Infrastructure Private Limited, etc.
